1. No physical shipping
Libarray sells bookings for seats at physical study libraries. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.
2. How your booking is delivered
- Online payments: once your payment is confirmed, your booking confirmation and digital pass appear in the Libarray app straight away.
- Cash payments: your pass becomes active once the library confirms your cash payment.
- The service itself is delivered at the library, during the shift and dates you booked. You check in by scanning your pass at the library counter.
3. If your pass does not appear
If your payment went through but your booking or pass does not appear in the app, email contact@libarray.com with your booking reference or payment ID. If a booking cannot be confirmed after payment, it is refunded as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
